Super Oil Base Flat Enamel is a fast drying, durable matt enamel that helps protect interior and exterior surfaces against repeated abrasion, rust and a variety of chemicals. Details :

  • Use on:Low traffic Interior - Exterior Surfaces, Ideal for hiding surface imperfections
  • Gloss level : Matt
  • Application : Roller, Brush, Air spray
  • Coverage : Coverage is 11-13 m2 per litre over primed
  • Wash Up : Use mineral spirits

Surface Preparation :

  • Allow new plaster, stucco and masonry to cure for one month.
  • Allow new plaster, stucco and masonry to cure for one month.
  • Remove all scuff sand glossy surfaces; peeling and loose paint; caulk
  • Repair imperfections and sand smooth
  • Power-wash to remove chalk from exterior surfaces
  • Rust, oxide deposits, millscale, loose or flaking paint and likewise foreign material on the metal surfaces must be eradicated as per the needs of the chosen system, then apply sealer, primer or undercoat if necessary

Application :

  • Use the paint when surface and air temperatures are between 4-32°C. .
  • Blend well before and throughout application. If working with extra can of the same product, mix for colour uniformity..
  • Remove all scuff sand glossy surfaces; peeling and loose paint; caulk
  • Use sufficient aeration while applying and during the drying process
  • Certain colours may need more than one coat to attain absolute hide and coverage
  • Apply thin coat with the use of high quality bristle brush, 1/4-3/8" nap roller or an airless sprayer (0.013-0.015 spray tip) at a spread rate of 11-13 m2 per litre on primed smooth surfaces and 8-10 m2 per litre on primed rough surfaces.
  • Dilution ratio of the paint with white spirit majorly depends on surface, temperature and painting tools

First Aid :

  • If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air.
  • If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical assistance immediately.
  • If skin or hair contact occurs, immediately remove any contaminated and wash skin and hair thoroughly with running water.
  • If swelling, redness, blistering or irritation occurs seek medical assistance.
  • If in eyes, wash out immediately with water. In all cases of eye contamination it is a sensible precaution to seek medical advice.

Clean Up :

  • Use mineral spirits.
  • Properly dispose of all soiled rags and protect unused product from freezing.
  • For disposal of unused paint products, please contact your household refuse collection service

Dry Time :

  • Dries to the touch in 4-5 hours at 25°C and 50% humidity.
  • Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity.
  • Recoat in 24 hours.
  • Wait at least 7 days before rinsing or cleaning the surface with a mild, non-abrasive detergent

  • Lead is toxic. Exposure to lead dust can cause serious illness, such as brain damage, especially in children.
  • Pregnant women should also avoid exposure.
  • Wear a NIOSH-approved respirator to control lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop.
  • Sanding or scraping pressure treated lumber may be hazardous; wear appropriate protection.
  • Combustible liquid and vapour.
  • Contains petroleum distillates and alkyd resin.
  • Vapour is harmful. It may affect the brain or nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea.
  • Causes eye, skin, nose and throat irritation.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not take internally.
