CLEAR VARNISH OIL ENAMEL


We are among the topmost Manufacturers and Suppliers of Clear Varnish Oil Enamel, Waterproof Wood Paint, Epoxy Paint For Wood, etc. Our Clear Varnish Oil Enamel dries up quickly, has good coverage and is attributed with excellent abrasion resistance. ENAMEL LACQUER is recommended for covering all interior wooden surfaces such as furniture, cabinet, wooden doors and similar surfaces. It has high adhesion and prevents from air entrance to final layer.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS  AT 25ºC 

  • Theoretical coverage : 11-13 m²/lit
  • Through drying time: Maximum 24 hours.
  • Gloss ( With angle 60º ) : Minimum 90.   
  • Flash Point : 38ºC
  • Resin Type : Alkyd


Surface Preparation 
Clean the surface from any contamination and grease and wait till complete drying. Old paint's flakes must be cleaned from the surface till a flat surface achieved ( If needed you can use sandpaper to remove  the previous paints ). 
Metal surfaces must be cleaned from any rusts and filing.

Application 
Thin OIL BASE varnish with white spirit  and apply it on the surface by brush , Roller or Air spray. After use , close the can firmly  and keep it in dry and cool place  far from the direct sunlight.
The amount of dilution of Varnish with thinner depends on surface and painting tools but in normal weather conditions and depending on painting tools ,the mixing ratio by thinner is as follows:
Brush, Roller: 15% to 20% of weight of Varnish.
Air Spray: 25% to 30% of weight of Varnish.

FIRST AID

  • If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air.
  • If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical assistance immediately. 
  • If skin or hair contact occurs, immediately remove any contaminated and wash skin and hair thoroughly with running water.
  • If swelling, redness, blistering or irritation occurs seek medical assistance.
  • If in eyes, wash out immediately with water. In all cases of eye contamination it is a sensible precaution to seek medicaladvice.


Clean Up 

  • Use mineral spirits.
  • Properly dispose of all soiled rags and protect unused product from freezing.
  • For disposal of unused paint products, please contact your household refuse collection service.

RECOMMENDATIONS 

  • Stir the content well before use.
  • Add the necessary amount of white spirit thinner to primer slowly and simultaneously mix it.

SAFETY POINTS AND STORAGE CONDITIONS :

  • Keep the primer can in dry , cool place and far from the direct sunlight.
  • Keep the can closed after use. It is recommended to use this product before the expire date (  Maximum 12  months).
  • While applying , use a suitable air conditioning and leave the doors and windows open.

WARNING 
To avoid breathing vapors and spray mist, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headaches or dizziness, increase fresh air. obtain professional advice before using. A dust mask does not provide protection against vapors. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Close container after each use.
Sanding or scraping pressure treated lumber may be hazardous; wear appropriate protection.

DANGER 
Do not store unused product inside the home.
